  • Once redeemed, this offer entitles patients to a free Semen Analysis (if required) and the price paid for the Initial Scan and Consultation to be deducted from the total cost of treatment.
  • If a Semen Analysis is not required, any patient using this offer will still qualify to have the price of the Initial Scan and Consultation refunded should they proceed to treatment within 3 months.
  • This offer is only available to ‘new abc ivf patients’ who have not purchased an abc ivf cycle before.
  • Offer is available for patients at all of our abc ivf clinics, but you will need to come to one of the following clinics for the Semen Analysis part of the offer: London St Paul’s, London Wimbledon, Manchester, Birmingham, Bristol or Leeds.
  • Offer can only be used when booking an Initial Scan and Consultation.
  • IC Refunded:
    • New patients are required to pay upfront for the cost of the Initial Scan and Consultation when booking their appointment. If the patient decides to proceed with IVF treatment or Egg Freezing treatment at abc ivf, the price paid for the Initial Scan and Consultation will be deducted from the total cost of treatment.
    • Initial Scan and Consultation refund is only valid to use of your the first cycle of IVF with abc ivf.
    • Initial Scan and Consultation refund is only valid on IVF or Egg Freezing treatment.
    • Treatment must be booked within 3 months of your Initial Consultation in order to redeem the offer.
    • Only the cost of the Initial Scan and Consultation will be deducted. Any additional services such as blood tests and medication will be charged as normal.
    • The Ultrasound Scan, Initial Consultation and treatment must all happen at the same clinic to receive the Initial Scan and Consultation refund.
  • Semen Analysis:
    • Offer is only valid for one Semen Analysis per couple.
    • If you are using a known sperm donor, treatment will need to be confirmed before the Semen Analysis appointment is booked in.
    • Assessment of semen quality will be performed by either conventional Semen Analysis or via computer-aided Semen Analysis.
    • The Semen Analysis must take place within 3 months of your initial consultation booking date.
    • If you have had a Semen Analysis within the last 12 months you may not qualify. This will be at the discretion of the medical team.
  • Offer code MERRY24 must be used when booking the Initial Scan and Consultation either online or over the phone.
  • Offer is valid on all Initial Scan and Consultation bookings made from 18/12/2024 until 31/12/2024.
  • The Initial Scan and Consultation must take place before 31/01/2025 to qualify for the deduction against treatment.
  • If you cancel your Scan or Consultation after having had your Semen Analysis appointment you will only be refunded on any amount paid over £135 to cover the cost of the Semen Analysis.

Help with travel promotional conditions

  • This offer is only available to new abc patients. Patients cannot have had a previous treatment with abc ivf.
  • You must live in a property with a Newcastle, Edinburgh, Dublin, Belfast, Glasgow, Exeter, Truro or Dorchester postcode.
  • You must have your treatment at the clinic nearest or easiest to get to from your city. This may be Manchester, Leeds, Birmingham, Bristol or London.
  • You must specify that you wish to use our ‘Cover Travel Expense’ when booking treatment.
  • We will expense travel costs up to £500 during your treatment cycle for monitoring scans, egg collection and embryo transfer. It does not include travel expenses for your Baseline Scan appointment
  • You must provide us with proof of address before beginning treatment such as a utility bill.
  • You must be able provide valid proof of car mileage or public transport/travel costs in order to claim the travel support refund.
