Polya Aleksandrova Ivanova

Polya has received her Professional Bachelor Degree in Midwifery and Nursing in Bulgaria in 1999. She has since worked as Oncology Nurse at the University Hospital/Women’s Oncology Clinic in Pleven, Bulgaria.

Polya moved to UK in 2003, when she studied Midwifery at Birmingham City University and achieved her Bachelor of Medicine. She is also a NMC registered Midwife, a member of The Royal College of Midwives and currently undergoing training in Public Health Management.

Polya has been working as a Fertility Midwife Consultant for over 13 years.

Polya has always had an interest in women’s health, family planning based care and is very passionate about fair access to IVF treatment.
